Email [email protected] from any address, with your order number if you have it and your delivery postcode if you do not. One message is enough. There is no form to complete and no phone queue to sit in.

We confirm inside one business day
You get a reply confirming the order, the purchase date and the amount to be returned. If your purchase date is inside the sixty-day window, that is the whole assessment. We do not ask why.

Return only what is unopened
Unopened bottles go back to the returns address in the confirmation email. Bottles you have already opened stay with you; we do not want used product back and we do not deduct for it.

The refund is issued
The purchase price is returned to the original payment method within three to five business days of confirmation. Your bank may take a further two to three days to display it. Original shipping charges, where they applied, are not refunded.
