Delivery, tracking and returns
Orders placed before 15:00 Central Time on a business day leave the fulfillment desk the same day. Everything else goes out the next business day. Average United States delivery runs three to six business days from dispatch.

Alaska, Hawaii and United States territories are served, with delivery typically running two to four business days longer. We do not ship SlimTide outside the United States from this portal; the 2026 distribution authorization covers the United States market only.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed at dispatch by the fulfillment partner that handles checkout and shipping for the manufacturer. If it has not arrived within two business days of your order confirmation, check the spam folder first and then write to [email protected] with your order number. Tracking can take a further twelve to twenty-four hours to show movement after the number is issued, which is normal and not a sign of a problem.
If a parcel is late, damaged or wrong
- Late. Write to us if tracking has not moved for three business days. We open a trace with the carrier and, if the parcel is lost, we reship at our cost rather than asking you to wait for the claim.
- Damaged. Photograph the outer box and the bottles before you unpack further and send the images with your order number. Replacement goes out the same day the photographs arrive.
- Wrong pack. Keep what arrived, tell us what you ordered, and the difference is corrected either as a top-up shipment or as a refund of the difference, whichever you prefer.
Returning unopened bottles
Refunds run through the 60-day guarantee. Email [email protected] first: the confirmation reply carries the returns address and a reference number, and parcels that arrive without one take considerably longer to match to an order. Unopened bottles go back; opened bottles stay with you and are not deducted from the refund. Return postage is the customer's cost unless the return is our error.
Storage once it arrives
Unopened bottles are stable at room temperature in a cupboard away from direct sunlight. Once a bottle is opened, refrigerate it. SlimTide contains live cultures and viability declines with heat and time, which is the same reason we hold stock in one climate-controlled facility and do not sell through resellers. Take one capsule each morning for at least thirty days. If the routine has not earned its place by day sixty, write to the support desk and we refund the purchase price. No return shipment of used bottles, no interview, no restocking charge.
